Driver License Requirements:
Driving licences should be in English or Latin letters. International Driving licences are required when a driving license is not in English or Latin letters.
All drivers must produce a valid, original copy of their driving licence.
All Non EU citizens must to have international driving permit to pick up cars.
Driver Age & Restrictions:
The minimum age for a driver is 21 years of age
Young drivers aged 21 to 24 years of age will be liable for €12.10 surcharge per day.
Maximum age is 99 years of age.
Senior drivers aged 80 to 99 years of age will be liable for a €12.10 surcharge per day.
Collision damage waiver (CDW) does not include damage to: tyres, wheel rims, hubcaps, interior of the vehicle, wing mirrors, rear view mirror, car glass, locks, undercarriage, clutch, engine, sump, catalytic converter and radiator. Also not included are battery recharge, loss of keys, tow truck, taxi transfer after an accident, deposit for the vehicle replacement and compensation for lost rental days while the vehicle is being repaired.

Theft and Fire Damage:
Fire and Theft Insurance is included in the rate. In case of Fire or Theft client would be liable for the excess amount.
Maximum Coverage of Third Party Liability Insurance (SLI) for Material Damages and Bodily Injuries:
Coverage for person is 5000000 EUR, for material damages 1000000 EUR.
Our vehicles are classified into groups using the ACRISS codes. Reservations are confirmed for a group and not a particular type. We regret we are unable to guarantee a particular make and model or fuel type of vehicle (Unless specified). The vehicle shown on any documentation is for guidance only and may be substituted with an alternative, similar or upgraded vehicle at our discretion.
Vehicles must be returned to the location/drop off point in the same condition as when it was picked up/delivered. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that the vehicle is thoroughly checked prior to taking custody of the vehicle.
Whilst in charge of the vehicle the client accepts responsibility for maintaining the roadworthiness of the vehicle and agrees to take remedial action to avoid unnecessary cost/damage. This will include maintaining oil levels, tire pressures and other common sense actions to maintain the vehicle if before authorized. Costs will generally be covered only if it is authorized in advance from the rental branch.
Renter returns the vehicle in a clean condition. If the vehicle is exceptionally dirty upon return or if there is damage to the seats, seat upholstery or the carpets an additional charge for deep cleaning will apply. This charge will be dependent upon the actual state of the vehicle when returned.
Any damage caused to the vehicle, if returned out of hours, is the responsibility of the hirer until our staffs have checked in the vehicle.
A copy of your voucher must be produced upon arrival at the rental desk (either physical or electronic). If you do not present the required documents, the documentation is not valid or you do not have enough funds on your credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle and no funds will be reimbursed.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit card (Sit and God, Visa)
Debit card and cash are not accepted.
The deposit has to be held on the credit card of the main driver.
The credit card must be valid for at least 3 months after the last day of rental.
In the event that a customer fails to present a valid credit card or there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, the car rental agent may refuse the release of the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.
Deep cleaning of the car
Sit and Go operates a no smoking policy for all vehicles. If you have smoked or allowed smoking within the vehicle charges will apply.
A valeting fee will be surcharged to rectify any soiling due to cigarette (or cigar) smoke / ash in the minimum amount of €150.
Animals in our vehicles
We request no animals are transported in our vehicle unless contained. A valeting fee may be applied to rectify any soiling due to animal transportation. Charges are detailed in the damage matrix available at the rental counter.
The car should be returned in the same condition as were picked up. Cleaning service fee is not included in the booking. The cleaning service fee is €15 In case of vehicle being returned dirty without prior cleaning service purchase, charges of €20 may apply.

Locations may be closed for pickups and returns on Christmas Day, Boxing and New Year’s Day. Locations may be closed on other public holidays (bank holidays). Please check at time of booking.
Out of hour’s collection and drop off:
Out of hours service is available 24 hours a day: please see details of charges on Sit and Go Locations List (payable locally) for any additional charges (from €15 to €70).
In the event that a customer experiences flight delays the customer will not be charged any surcharge within 1 hour of the intended arrival time – if a flight number is provided. If no flight number is provided then the location may close without notice. No refunds will be given for rentals ended early, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date, even if cancellation protection is taken.
If a customer arrives after this time then a vehicle is not assured. We will do everything possible to provide a vehicle. This may include offering a different vehicle and rates may be different to the original booking.
Flight numbers provided are for informational purposes only. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the location of any delays.
Extending the rental
Please note that it may not always be possible for the hiring branch to extend the hire. Where the branch agrees to extend the hire, the rental will be charged at the prevailing rate which may be higher or lower than the original booking rate.
Non-authorized extension of the rental
Penalty above the rental charge and the driver will be black listed (declined for future bookings) Charges are detailed in the damage matrix available at the rental counter.
Early Returns/Unused Rental Days
No refunds (partial or full) will be given for rentals ended early, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date.
A vehicle is hired for a contracted period as detailed on the rental agreement. The return day and time as selected by the customer at the time of booking will be enforced regardless of delayed pickup time. If the vehicle is returned outside the grace period, there will be a charge of an additional day or a late fee.
Grace Period: 1 Hour.
Fuel policy is “like for like”. Return the hire vehicle with the same level of fuel as on collection.
The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was provided at the time of pickup. Vehicles returned with fuel lower than the level listed on their rental agreement will be charged a fee. The rate charged for missing fuel is stated on your rental agreement. Hirers are recommended to return the car with the same fuel to avoid charges.
Sit and Go will charge if keys are lost or damaged. Please note that if a vehicle is stolen and keys are not returned to the rental location, the hirer will be deemed negligent. Lost keys are deemed as negligence and are not covered under the insurance excess limitation or risk reduction packages. Drivers will be liable for all costs relating to recovery, loss of use and repair. This list is not exhaustive.
Fines, Penalties and Administration Charges
It is the responsibility of each hirer to cover the cost of any parking fines and traffic violations. When fines or traffic violations occur and a Sit and Go location is involved in administering the charge then an administration fee will be charged to the customer.

Local law applies to agreements made on the basis of the terms cited above.
Sit and Go makes all efforts to ensure that all information provided is correct at the time of booking. Furthermore, the customer by signing the rental agreement agrees to adhere to our conditions at the time of collection of the vehicle and for the duration of the rental.
